starches. - Onion and garlic: Infuse the casserole with aromatic flavor and depth.
- Cheese: such as cheddar, mozzarella, or parmesan, adds richness and creaminess to the casserole.
Instructions:- Preheat your oven to 375°F
(190°C) and grease a casserole dish with olive oil or cooking spray. - In a skillet, brown the ground beef or chicken over medium heat until cooked through.
Drain any excess fat. - Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened and fragrant.
- Spread the cooked meat mixture evenly in the bottom of the prepared casserole dish.
- Arrange cauliflower florets on top of the meat mixture in an even layer.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the cauliflower, covering it completely.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the cauliflower is tender.
