Mini Savory Breads with Corn, Bacon, and Cheese

- Corn kernels: 1/2 cup
- Bacon bits: 1/4 cup (optional)
- Shredded mozzarella cheese: 1 cup
- Cooked chicken: 1/2 cup, shredded (optional)
- Onion: 1 small, thinly sliced
- Herbs (e.g., parsley or oregano): for garnish
Instructions:
- Prepare the Dough:
- In a small bowl, combine warm water and sugar, then sprinkle dry yeast over the water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes, or until the mixture becomes frothy.
- In a large bowl, combine flourand salt. Add the yeast mixture, olive oil, and milk. Mix until the dough begins to form.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
- Shape the Breads:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Punch down the dough and divide it into small portions (about 6-8 pieces).
- Shape each portion into a small round or oval shape and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Add the Toppings:
- For each mini bread, add a generous portion of your desired toppings:
