Piña Colada Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup coconut milk (full-fat or light)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup ice cubes
Directions:
Combine Ingredients:
Add frozen pineapple, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and ice cubes to a high-speed blender.
Blend Until Smooth:
Blend on high for 45–60 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
Adjust If Needed:
For a thicker smoothie, add more frozen pineapple or ice. For a thinner texture, add a splash more coconut milk.
Serve and Enjoy:
Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge or shredded coconut for a tropical flair. Serve immediately while cold and refreshing!
