π Garlic & Herb Roasted Chicken Thighs
INGREDIENTS:
- 8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 head of garlic, halved horizontally
- 6β8 garlic cloves, peeled
- 3β4 sprigs fresh rosemary (or thyme)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- Β½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika (optional, for color)
- Juice of Β½ lemon
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat Oven
- Set oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- Prepare the Chicken
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels (this helps the skin crisp up).
- Place them in a roasting pan or baking dish.
- Season
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
- Rub with salt, pepper, and paprika.
