Ingredients:
- 1 can (8 count) refrigerated biscuits
- ½ lb deli roast beef, sliced
- 4 slices provolone cheese, halved
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley (optional)
- 1 packet (or 1 cube) au jus mix, prepared according to package
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Flatten each biscuit slightly and place a slice of roast beef and half a slice of provolone in the center.
- Fold the biscuit dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal.
- Place seam-side down on a greased baking sheet or in a baking dish.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with warm au jus for dipping.
