Coconut Cake in 5 Minutes! No Flour, No Sugar!

 

Ingredients:

– 4 eggs

– 1/2 cup coconut oil

– 1/2 cup coconut milk

– 1/2 cup shredded coconut

– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 4 tablespoons Stevia sugar (or other natural sweetener)

 

Instructions:

1. Beat the eggs in a bowl until frothy.

2. Add coconut oil, coconut milk, shredded coconut, vanilla extract, salt, and sugar. Mix until well combined.

3. Pour the mixture into a cake mold.

4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes.

5. Let the cake cool before serving.
