Avocado Shrimp Salad

Ingredients:

Cooked shrimp

Avocado (sliced)

Chopped romaine or shredded lettuce

Red onion (diced)

Fresh cilantro

Olive oil

Lemon or lime juice

Salt & black pepper

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine lettuce, shrimp, avocado, red onion, and cilantro.

Drizzle with olive oil and lemon or lime juice.

Season with salt and pepper.

Gently toss and serve fresh.
