Crispy Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary and Garlic

 

Introduction:

These crispy roasted potatoes are a perfect combination of golden, crunchy exteriors and soft, fluffy interiors. Infused with the aromatic flavors of rosemary and garlic, they are a delicious side dish that pairs well with a variety of meals.

 

Ingredients:

 

1 kg baby potatoes

3 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 sprigs rosemary, chopped

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: a pinch of paprika for extra flavor

Instructions:

 

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Wash and peel the baby potatoes. Cut them into halves or quarters, depending on their size.

In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, pepper, and paprika if using.

Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and crispy. Stir halfway through to ensure even cooking.

Once done, remove from the oven and serve immediately. Optionally, garnish with extra rosemary or a sprinkle of sea salt for added flavor.
