Grated ginger, onion, garlic, lemon juice and honey. A teaspoon a day.

That mix is a common homemade “immune booster” style blend. Here’s a clear, safe way to make it

Ingredients

1 medium onion (finely grated or minced)

1 whole garlic bulb (8–10 cloves, crushed or grated)

1 piece fresh ginger (about 2–3 inches, grated)

Juice of 2 lemons

3–5 tablespoons raw honey (adjust to taste)

Instructions

Prep everything: finely grate or mince the onion, garlic, and ginger.

Mix them in a clean bowl or jar.

Add the fresh lemon juice.

Stir in the honey until everything is well combined.

Transfer to a clean glass jar and seal.

How to use

Take 1 teaspoon per day (some people take it in the morning).

You can also mix it into warm water or tea.

Storage

Keep in the fridge.

Best used within 5–7 days.

Notes

It’s strong in taste—if it’s too intense, dilute it with warm water.

Not a substitute for medical treatment, but it can be a supportive home remedy.
