- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- ½ cup vegetable broth
For the Topping (Optional):
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (or panko for extra crunch)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (or nutritional yeast for a vegan option)
- 2 tbsp melted butter (or olive oil)
